TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL INFO:1. Negotiation: Prices are negotiable to an extent.2. Communication: Clear references and descriptions are necessary to ensure satisfaction. WIPs will be sent for approval at every stage (sketch, lineart, coloring).3. Timeline: Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and current queue (typically 1–3 weeks per piece). Rush orders may incur extra charges.4. Usage:
- For personal use only (non-commercial).
- Commercial rights are available but will incur additional fees.CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
- Full refunds available if I haven’t started your piece.
- Partial refunds available if canceled after sketch approval.
- No refunds once the rendering process has started.ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- I highly prefer one character per piece, with a maximum of two characters per illustration. For each additional character, the price will be half the original price of any tier.- All payments are via PayPal in USD.- The payment process is as follows: I will send you a rough initial sketch or draft. You can request edits and adjustments during this stage. Once the sketch is approved, I’ll send you an invoice, which must be paid within 48 hours of receipt.

❌ Hate speech, offensive themes
❌ Mecha (small accents okay)
❌ Extremely complex backgrounds (simple or abstract BGs are fine)
